- We had many a random encounter at our event themed around random encounters. How random!
- The 6pm tournament was a RANDOM RETRO for Atari 2600. Returning champion Stephanie M reclaimed her title, winning the event's $20 gift certificate.
- The arcade challenge was Namco's TOWER OF DRUAGA. The high score was 104900 scored by Walter A, earning that coveted house champion $20 gift certificate.

- We celebrated the what the world of STAR WARS has brought to videogamers.
- The 6pm tournament was Masters of Teras Kasi (SORRY) on the PlayStation. Grand master Terry B won the event for the $20 gift certificate.
- The arcade challenge was Atari's STAR WARS vector game. The high score was 66515 scored by Will, earning that coveted house champion $20 gift certificate.

NAVA Gamer Gathering, May 25th "Jedi, Sith and Rebels Unite - A Star Wars Celebration"

- We celebrated the world of wrasslin', PENCIL NECK!
- The 6pm tournament was a four player tag team bracket playing N64 WWF No Mercy. The tag team of Jeremy Rybak and Vampire won the event for the $20 gift certificate, with Jeremy defeating Vampire in the final one on one for an additional $10.
- The arcade challenge was SATURDAY NIGHT SLAM MASTERS. The high score was 57,300 scored by ex-store team member Kay, earning them the coveted house champion $20 gift certificate.

NAVA Gamer Gathering, April 27th "NAVAMANIA RUNS WILD"
NAVA = North Atlantic Videogame Aficionados. This is a FREE event bringing gamers together for competition, trading, and chatter.

- We celebrated movies represented through videogames. Popcorn not included!
- The 6pm tournament was a four player bracket playing N64 GoldenEye 007. Our winner Joe Layton, not using Oddjob or Golden Guns, won the $20 gift certificate.
- The arcade challenge was ROBOCOP 2. The high score was 205,000 scored by Frank The Tank, earning him the coveted house champion $20 gift certificate.

- We celebrated all things Mega Man, who is in his fortieth year!
- The tournament was a head to head high score rush using the original MEGA MAN on NES, Walter emerged as champion, taking the $20 gift certificate.
- The arcade challenge was MEGA MAN: THE POWER BATTLE. The high score was 552,700 also for Walter (!) earning him a second $20 gift certificate.

- In our Christmas NAVA, attendees brought and received random videogaming gifts. Some highlights included a factory sealed SNES mini, a factory sealed C64 mini, and a $500 (not a typo) gift certificate!
- The tournament was PS3 MARVEL VS CAPCOM 2 and Aristotle was the champion on this night! Champion was awarded a $20 gift certificate.
- The arcade challenge was MARVEL SUPER HEROES. The high score of the night by Tim S was 700,400 earning him a $20 gift certificate.

In This Month's NAVA: This month we celebrate the anniversary (can you believe twenty six years already) of Marvel vs. Capcom. There have been a number of great titles in this series, you'll find them all here, for free to play solo - or challenge another attendee at this event!

- In our last episode, we celebrated all that is KIRBY. There was much rejoicing!
- The arcade game challenge was FOOD FIGHT. A fast-on-the-feet attendee got the high score and took home the $20 prize.
- At 6pm we hosted a KIRBY FIGHTERS 2 tournament on Nintendo Switch. There had to be a BEST Kirby, and the winner took home the $20 prize.
- Games and systems traded hands between attendees who brought their own trade boxes.

- It was a few days before Halloween, many attendees showed off their holiday spirit in costume! CASH prizes were given to our third place Drew (Link), second place Dorian (Indiana Jones) and winning entry Mike R (Sub-Zero).
- The arcade challenge was HAUNTED CASTLE. The high score of the night earned a $20 gift certificate.
- The 6pm tournament event was NIGHT WARRIORS. Top battler Ryan M received a $20 gift certificate for skill in battle.
